To kick-off our FERM launch in South Africa, we hosted Eddie Kok (Technical Manager of FERM) for a week of product training in Joburg and Cape Town. Eddie has been working for FERM for 15 years and has played a key role in developing the professional range of tools.

Here are some highlights from the week :

Johannesburg Training (Wednesday) : We kicked off the week in Johannesburg where Eddie and Frank got a chance to meet the entire team and give them some insight into FERM’s history.

Cape Town Training (Thursday) : A quick round trip to the Mother City was on the menu for today. The guys met the Cape Town team, did some training in the branch and even had time to hit the beach (albeit for just a few minutes)

Technicians Training (Friday) : Today Eddie spend some time with our service technicians and sales people. We got to see what design and quality features inside our tool make them truely professional.
