Operations During Nation-Wide Lock Down
In accordance with the National Coronavirus Command Council's enforcement of a nation-wide lockdown for 21 days, we will be closing on Thursday 26th March and re-opening on the 17th April 2020. As a result all normal orders placed online will be delayed.
We have also put in place an Emergency Management Process to assist any person or company that needs any of our products for the purposes of supporting an Emergency or Essential Service during the lockdown. Please scroll to the bottom for more details.
Normal Online Orders
1. WILL YOU STILL BE ABLE TO PLACE ORDERS?
During the lockdown period, our online store will remain open for your convenience. Please feel free to browse our store and explore our products. Our payment gateway and banking services will remain up and running throughout the lockdown.
2. OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

3. WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
We will dispatch all orders on the 19th April 2020, when our warehouse re-opens. You should then recieve it within 2-3 working days.
Assistance for Emergency or Essential Services
We have put in place an emergency management process to assist and person or company that needs any of our products for the purposes of supporting an Emergency or Essential Service during the lockdown. This also includes any person or companies providing essential maintenance support to essential services, such as electricity, water, sanitation or security.
